Gluten-Free Fortune Cookie Waffles
Revised for gluten-free from Fifteen Spatula’s recipe
3 large egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter melted
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp toasted sesame oil
3 tbsp water or milk
1 cup Cup4Cup (Original Blend) Gluten-free Flour
Blend well and let sit until bubbles dissipate. Grease the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturers directions. Enjoy plain or with sorbet and fresh fruit.
