Pretty perfect! This IS a gluten-free flatbread worth making!! Try the recipe soon for better tasting and cheaper flat bread than you can buy. I made my version of the Naan Bread from @theloopywhisk with @cup4cup Ancient Grains flour for a sweet, nutty wholegrain taste. It reheats well and is terrific to dip into curry or as a bread for wraps. I also ate many pieces with just a bit of melted butter. I wanted my bread thinner than the recipe suggested, so it was less like Naan and more like a tortilla. You really need to try this bread that’s now on weekly rotation in my gluten-free home.
