Stop Wasting Your Stale GF Bagels – Make These Instead!

Hi Bakers, Don’t be like me and forget your gluten-free bagels in the fridge...
But IF you do? Congrats—you’re halfway to these crispy, golden, air fryer bagel chips! Gluten-free bread goes stale fast, and it’s way too expensive to toss. So instead of trashing it, I turned my sad bagels into the perfect crunchy snack—ready in minutes and amazing with dip (or on their own!). Not rocket science, just delicious. Enjoy! ~Carolyn
