Chocolate Mochi Waffles

Hi Bakers,
I made mochi waffles again because I kept thinking about other flavors to create. These chocolate ones are chewy and deeply chocolaty.
They taste like Oreo cookies or a lightly sweet brownie with a crispy outside and soft, bouncy center.
Not too sweet, so they’re perfect with butter, powdered sugar, or whipped cream and berries. They save well in the fridge for a few days and toast up perfectly. Do yourself a favor and make a batch of these. Enjoy! ~Carolyn
