Green Goddess Dressing with Greek Yogurt

Hi Bakers,
I Love Panera’s Green Goddess Salad? but don’t want to pay for it? Good news! You can make a healthier no-mayo Green Goddess dressing quickly and much cheaper at home. I used olives, garlic, and sweet onion to ramp up the flavor without adding any more oil. This recipe makes enough dressing for 3-4 large salads. Enjoy! ~Carolyn
Green Goddess Dressing
Modified from Love and Lemons
1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons chives
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic ( add less if you are not a big garlic fan)
1/4 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of chopped green Castelvetrano Olives
2 tablespoons chopped sweet onion.
Blend well and pour over salad or use as a dip. This will keep well for about four days in a covered container in the fridge. I like it on a mixed-greens salad with blanched asparagus tips, tomatoes, sweet onion slices, assorted carrots, sliced mushrooms, hard-boiled eggs, and roasted salted pumpkin seeds. #greengoddesssalad #greengoddessdressingrecipe #homemade #healthy #salad #shorts #foodvideo #cheapandhealthymeals #glutenfree #lunchrecipeidea
