Whipped Coffee with Pumpkin Cream
Pumpkin Cream
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons brown sugar
5 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Mix all ingredients in a foamer until warm and foamy. Pour into large glass

Whipped Coffee
2 tablespoons instant espresso
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons ice water
Add ingredients to a wide mouth mason jar. Use a hand mixer with one beater* to mix until the coffee becomes light colored and thick. This takes 1 minute on high with a whisking beater. Spoon the whipped coffee over the pumpkin cream and add a splash of cream and a dash of spice on top. Enjoy!

Be careful and hold on tight to your jar, the beater will make it want to spin!
