My favorite 3 minute gluten-free snack with Greek yogurt. This reminds me of frosting that I can eat for breakfast! This “dip” is my go to for when I want protein but don’t want to cook. Ready in the time it takes to mix it together, so grab a bowl and get started. Stir together 1 cup of plain or vanilla greek yogurt,1/4 cup of peanut butter, 1-2 tablespoons of honey in a dish. Top with seeds and a drizzle of honey. Eat with apples slices, gluten-free pretzels or gluten-free graham crackers. Makes plenty for two people to share :)
