This buenuelos inspired treat uses gluten-free tortillas and turns them into yummy cinnamon sugar crisps. My kids loved these and I never threw out an old tortilla again! Cut gluten-free tortillas into four triangles spray both sides with cooking oil or brush with butter instead. Sprinkle the top side with cinnamon-sugar and place in a single layer in an air fryer cook for 7 minutes at 375 degrees or until crips and browned. No air fryer? No worries, just put them in the oven at 350F for about 15 minutes or until crisp and browned. Enjoy
