White Chocolate Pistachio Berry Bark An easy sweet treat with roasted pistachios and dried berries. Sweet, crunchy, and just a little tart. Simply melt 1 package of Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips and stir in 1/2 cup shopped roasted salted pistachios and 3/4 dried blueberries, strawberries, cherries and freeze-dried raspberries. (Reserve a few teaspoons of each to sprinkle on top to garnish) Spread onto a silicone mat and let harden. Break into pieces and store in an airtight jar for up to a week.
