Orange Simple Syrup
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 cup fresh orange juice
* 1 tsp orange zestBoil over medium-high heat for ~5 minutes until thickened. Cool and refrigerate or use immediately.
How to Make the Drink:
1. Brew 1 cup strong green tea (I use Rishi Matcha Super Green). Steep 5 minutes.
2. Fill a 16 oz glass with ice.
3. Drizzle 2–3 tbsp orange syrup over ice.
4. Add 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice.
5. Pour brewed green tea on top.
6. Garnish with a lemon slice, stir, sip, and enjoy
