Gingerbread Cookie Dough Protein Ball
1/2 cup almond or cashew butter
1/4 cup oat or almond flour
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/8 cup honey
1/8 cup molasses
1/4-1/2 teaspoon of ginger
1/4-1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cloves
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cocoa powder
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Roll into balls, if dough is too soft, add enough protein powder to form into balls. If the dough is too dry, add enough honey to make a dough. Roll in powdered sugar or your favorite covering. Enjoy!
