Spiced Plum Brûlée Topping on Greek Yogurt
Slice plums 1/8”thick and place on a nonstick mat. Sprinkle generously with sugar or raw sugar. Move your oven rack to the high position. Broil fruit for a few minutes until the sugar melts and caramelizes. Watch this carefully since it burns quickly! Remove from the oven and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon and allspice. Spoon plums on top of unsweetened or flavored Greek yogurt. I used @greekgods honey flavor today. Drizzle with some honey, pecans, chia seeds. Top with a chunk of the caramelized sugar if you want to get extra fancy. Enjoy!
