Got a few minutes? Make a Fall flavored bubble tea? Spiced Apple Bubble Tea is a fun twist on the usual boba drink with lots of great apple flavor. You can make this easy apple spice syrup with frozen apple concentrate, a bit of brown sugar and lots of spices that whips up in minutes. Keep this syrup on hand to make other Fall drinks as well.

Here is how to make the Spiced Apple Bubble Tea
1 cup cooked tapioca pearls (I used a quick cooking type)
1-1/12 cups ice
2 chai or other tea bags steeped in 1 cup hot water for five minutes
1 cup milk, foamed
Spiced Apple Syrup
In a very large glass add tapioca pearls. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of spiced apple syrup over the tapioca. Add ice and pour the tea over it. Add foamed milk over the ice. Drizzle with more spiced apple syrup. Enjoy!

Spiced Apple Syrup
1-12 0z can frozen apple juice concentrate
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cinnamon stick
Combine all ingredients in a wide saucepan and cook while stirring over medium heat (about 5 minutes) until liquid reduces and becomes syrup consistency. Cool and use or store in the fridge for a week.
