Gluten-Free Air-Fryer Croutons
Makes enough for 4 servings or one large cereal bowl full
1 1/2 cups gluten-free Against the Grain Rolls**
2 Tablespoons melted butter or Miyokos Vegan Butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
Pinch of salt
Pepper to taste
Cube the bread into 1.5” squares.
Next, mix the remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add the bread cubes and toss well to coat. Add bread to the air fryer basket. Cook on. Fry setting 390F for about 15 minutes. Stir frequently. When browned and crisp, let cool completely and store in an airtight container. They should stay fresh for a few days but mine never last that long.
** This brand of bread won’t fall apart and becomes very crisp when toasted. It contains milk products so please read the label before using to check for allergens.
