Rocky Road Candy with Cashews and Cherries
Melt 2 cups Ghirardelli semisweet chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of butter. Stir to combine.
Add
-14 marshmallows cut in quarters
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup roasted and chopped lightly salted cashews
Stir well and pour out into a silicone mat. Cool and cut into squares. Enjoy!
