Trying Trader Joe’s Gluten-Free Pizza Dough (so you don’t have to)
Great taste but the dough kept cracking! It took some work to hold together and form the crust. The dense, chewy texture was good as a flatbread and better than most gluten-free pizzas. I topped mine with pesto sauce, TJ’s Quattro Formaggi, sun-dried tomatoes, and pine nuts. Worth making again!
