Pistachio Cranberry Bark
Melt 1 package of @ghiradellis white chocolate chips and add 3/4 cup roughly chopped, roasted and salted pistachios, 1/2 cup dried cranberries. Pour onto a silicone mat, smooth out and top with more nuts and fruit if desired.
