Peppermint Kiss White Chocolate Latte

Peppermint Milk
6 peppermint @hershey Kiss candies
1 cup milk
Optional 1/8 teaspoon Mint extract If you want a strong mint flavor
Mix milk in a foamer until warm and then add kisses one at a time. Add extract if you are using it. Pour into large glass or mug.

Whipped Coffee
2 tablespoons instant espresso
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons ice water
Add ingredients to a wide mouth mason jar. Use a hand mixer with one beater** mix until the coffee becomes light colored and thick. This takes 1 minute on high with a whisking beater. Spoon whipped coffee over the peppermint milk and swirl it slightly for a pretty look. Add some candy cane bits on top for extra color and crunch. Make it extra special and dip a gluten-free chocolate biscotti into the foam and eat it that way!

**Hold on tight to your jar, the beater will make it want to spin so be careful!
