The most beautiful boba tea? I think so. This drink is a stunner. It’s so simple and delicious too. Pea flower tea brings gorgeous color and a light, fruity, floral taste that’s perfectly refreshing. Sweet honey and lemon bring out the best of this tea and make the color change from purple to hot pink. Here is how to make this tea.
Make honey lemon by adding equal parts of honey and fresh lemon juice and together in a small bowl.
Brew 3 teaspoons of pea flower tea* into 2 cups of water and let steep for 5 minutes
Add cooked boba** to a tall glass and cover with ice. Add brewed tea and drizzle honey lemon over it. Garnish with blackberries and a mint sprig. Enjoy!
