Make the béchamel sauce? A gluten-free food I could never make was lasagna! For the best one pan lasagna, I had to figure out how to layer it and make it moist. Take five minutes to make the white sauce and don’t boil the noodles.
Make the sauce(white or béchamel) recipe on the Koda Farms Sweet Rice Flour box. This is what makes for moist, luscious cheesy lasagna layers.
Then, follow the recipe on the Le Veneziane brand lasagna noodles box. This is my favorite gluten-free brand, it tastes just like wheat with a nice pasta chew. Even better, no pre-boiling required!!
If you want to make lasagna my way, I made the following small substitutions.
-Use @raos tomato basil sauce instead of making a meat sauce
-add ricotta cheese dollops on top of the shredded cheese layer
-Bake in a 9” loaf pan for a more manageable size for two people. Bake at 420F for 30-35 minutes. Wait 10 minutes for lasagna to set before cutting. eally good reheated and noodles did not get mushy or fall apart!! #shorts #glutenfreelasagna #leveneziane #bestglutenfee #easy #foodvideo #foodie #foodchannel #italianpasta #wheatfree #eggfree #onepanlasagna #howtolayerlasagna #lasagnawithbechamelrecipe
