A festive drink you haven’t had? Try this Iced Cranberry Matcha Latte that’s beautiful and full of tart cranberry and bold matcha taste. With three layers in holiday colors you can’t beat how pretty it is. I made this one vegan but, you can use regular milk too.
Iced Cranberry Matcha Latte
Layer 2 tablespoons of cranberry syrup(recipe below) on the bottom of your 16 ounce glass
Fill with ice
Pour 4 ounces of milk or plant milk(I used @silk Next Milk this time) over ice slowly so you keep the pretty layers of color. Add matcha for top layer. I use the handy @traderjoes matcha packets. There was a bit matcha left over for another drink if you want to make two. Be sure to stir it quickly because the cranberry likes to gel.
Cranberry Syrup
Make a simple syrup with 2/3 cup each sugar and water. Add up to a cup of fresh cranberries and boil til cranberries pop. Strain syrup and store in fridge for up to a week. This will gel when cool but you can zap in micro to make liquid for next use!
