Pie flavor without pie effort? Yes please. My son loves pie, but when he dropped by and I didn’t have time to fuss with rolling dough and making filling, I made jam tarts instead and they’re SO easy.
Here’s why these are my go-to shortcut:-No rolling dough — just press the crust into the pan-No filling to make — use your favorite jam-Bake, eat, and enjoy
That’s it. If you want to be extra fancy, you can add little crust shapes on top, but it’s totally optional.
I used apricot, plum, and a fig-apricot combo (because I ran out of apricot 😅).Use whatever jam you already have!
