This year I stopped stressing, stopped measuring like a scientist, and made “I don’t care” Fudge”
I used what I had in the pantry and threw in some other changes too -Real marshmallows (not fluff)-Less sugar (Maybe it won’t crystalize so much)
-Tiny bit of espresso (bring out the chocolate flavor)
