Simple, delicious and hard to stop eating. Here is how I do it. Preheat oven to 400F. Wash and cut figs in half. Arrange in one layer in a baking pan. Drizzle with a generous amount of honey, add sprigs of rosemary or lavender. Sprinkle with your favorite balsamic vinegar .
