Homemade stuffing from scratch recipe and tips to add lots of flavor

This tasty gluten-free stuffing won’t fall apart and is perfect with or without gravy. Here are tips for success.
-Brown the butter and veggies before adding to get some complex flavors.
-Homemade broth is more flavorful than a boxed ! I boil turkey bits while the turkey is baking and use this in the stuffing. Be sure to cool it first.
Use the best gluten-free bread cut, cube and dry it yourself ( I do this days in advance.) Boxed stuffing often turns to mush but when you make it yourself the bread doesn’t crumble. My favorite breads are from Canyon Bakehouse and Trader Joes.
-use a new box of poultry seasoning so it has lots of flavor or add some fresh chopped herbs.
-Taste the stuffing before going in the oven. Yes I know it’s soggy bread but, it was my mom’s trick and her way of knowing if the ratio of bread to veggies was correct and if more herbs were needed.
