Gluten-Free White Chocolate Gingerbread Latte
1 shot espresso
1 1/2 cups milk
Gingerbread seasoning
1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon of molasses
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon cloves
Garnish
nutmeg
molasses drizzle
gluten-free gingerbread cookie or just cookie crumbs

Steam 1 cup of milk with chocolate, molasses, brown sugar, vanilla extract and spices. Add espresso to a tall mug. Pour gingerbread milk over the top. Foam the remaining 1/2 cup of milk until very thick and gently pour it over the spiced milk and garnish with nutmeg. cookie crumbs and a small cookie if you have one. Enjoy!
