Gluten-Free S’More candy is easy and you can brown a whole tray of them with no campfire. I like to add a bit of nut butter to them for even more goodness but, you don’t have to. The dark chocolate is a tasty switch from the usual milk chocolate in S’mores and feels like a flavor upgrade. Check out the recipe below and get going on your own batch soon!
Gluten-Free S’More Candy**
Place @pamelas or other gluten-free graham squares on a lined baking tray. Top each one with a @jetpuffed S’More marshmallow (which is flatter than a regular one) or a large marshmallow cut in half. Roast them on low broil in the middle rack of the oven until the marshmallows are evenly brown. This only takes a minute or two so watch this part carefully. Let them cool to room temperature. I like to add a tablespoon of peanut or other nut butter between the marshmallow and graham cracker and then cover them with melted dark/semi-sweet chocolate. Top with bits of graham cracker crumbs, freeze dried marshmallow bits and a few mini chocolate chips. Let harden fully before eating. Trim the excess chocolate off the bottom if needed. Enjoy!
