Gluten Free Marbled Chocolate Pretzel Bark
1 cup dark or semisweet chocolate, melted
1 cup white chocolate, melted
3/4 cup ruby chocolate, melted
8 ounce bag of gluten-free Snyder’s Pretzels(Use as many as you like. I used a cup or so)
Spread dark chocolate on a piece of parchment paper at least 1/2” thick. Drop a few dollops of the white chocolate in a few separate spots on top of the dark chocolate. Drop a few small dollops of ruby chocolate on top of the white. Run a narrow utensil through the chocolate layers in a swirled pattern. Take care not to mix gently and only enough to get a pattern you like. Add gluten-free pretzels on top and press into the chocolate so they stick. Sprinkle with mini chips and drizzle with a bit more white and dark chocolate. Let harden. Cut into pieces.
