So simple! Make cute Halloween treats in a flash using chocolate, gluten-free sprinkles, candy eyes and store bought grahams. You need some good gluten-free graham crackers. I like Pamela’s brand. Melt white chocolate and form 2’ wide 1/16” thick round buttons on parchment paper. Sprinkle with Halloween themed gluten-free decorations and add some candy eyes to look like monsters. Let harden completely before removing from the parchment paper. Melt the dark chocolate and cover the top of a half graham cracker. Gently set the white chocolate monster in the middle of the dark chocolate and press slightly to stick them together.
