This is gluten-free?? Follow these easy steps for amazing crisp gluten-free Panko Fried Chicken. This would make a delicious sandwich, but I was so excited to have real fried chicken that I ate it plain. You can find the 4C Panko online. I crushed the crumbs before using them so I had some finer bits for better coverage and the coating stayed on the chicken better too.
Gluten-free Panko Fried Chicken
1.Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise and pound out to 1/4” thickness.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning.
3. Dip in beaten egg and coat both sides
4. Cover in panko crumbs.
5. Fry in oil and a bit of butter until golden brown and done.
6. Enjoy!
