Here is how I do it

Here is how I made mine. Toast your @againstthegrain roll, rub with the cut end of a fresh garlic clove (yes I did say rub it) Spread whole milk ricotta cheese on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add thinly sliced ripe tomatoes and drizzle with EVOO and balsamic vinegar glaze. Top with micro greens.
