Gluten-free bread goes stale fast, and it’s way too expensive to toss. So instead of trashing it, I turned my sad bagels into the perfect crunchy snack—ready in minutes and amazing with dip (or solo!).

Air Fryer Bagel Chips (Gluten-Free)
Ingredients:
* 1 Canyon Bakehouse Everything Bagel (or any GF bagel)
* 1 tbsp melted butter or vegan butter
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Slice bagel thinly and evenly.
2. Mix melted butter and olive oil. Brush both sides of each slice.
3. Sprinkle with salt.
4. Air fry at 350°F for 3 minutes per side, or until golden and crisp.
* ⚠️ Watch closely—these brown fast!
5. Cool on a rack. Store in an airtight container for up to 1–2 days.
No Air Fryer?Bake at 350°F on a cookie sheet for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully crisp.
Great for dips or just eating :)
