I made the following modifications to their recipe.
-halved the recipe and put it in a 6” springform pan.
-used gluten-free chocolate cookies for the crust
-dissolved 1 teaspoon espresso powder in the cream and mixed in 2 teaspoons black cocoa powder to the powdered sugar, then whipped the cream to add to the filling. These brought some richness and depth to the chocolate flavor.
