Baking bread at home is hard… Is this gluten-free bread mix worth making? I’m trying Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free Homemade Wonderful Bread mix today. I baked it in a greased standard sized loaf pan. The dough filled most of the pan but amazingly didn’t overflow after rising. My loaf baked in 60 minutes not 90 like the recipe suggested. Test your bread with a thermometer to be sure it is done! Here is my review.

I would totally make this bread again but line the pan instead of greasing it. I used the butter option instead of oil for the mix and I really liked the flavor. The sorghum flour gives a wholegrain taste which was really nice. For best texture etc..use the loaf the day you bake it and enjoy this easy gluten-free option! Nice work Bob!
