Makes two salads
Vinaigrette
4 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped (you can also use finely chopped basil but I like Thyme)
1/4 salt or more to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
5 cups mixed greens
2 sliced white nectarines
2 cups blackberries
2-4 tablespoons goat cheese
1/4 cup roasted salted or candied walnuts or pecans
