Special Ingredients

Hi Bakers, This is a short pre-baking episode of ingredients you may not have in your pantry that you'll need to make my gluten-free recipes. Looking forward to getting in the kitchen with you on December 5, 2021!
- "Cup4Cup" Multipurpose Flour- can be found in many grocery stores but if you are having trouble locating it I buy mine online. Check the ingredient list if you have allergies this blend does have milk powder and corn among other things.
- Blanched Almond Flour- you want the kind that has a fine texture and does not contain dark bits of almond skin.
- "Koda Farms Mochiko" Sweet Rice Flour- sometimes known as Mochi Flour. It is made of short-grain white rice which can be used as a thickener in foods.
- Xanthan Gum- Oops! I call it Xantham Gum. OK wow, I've been saying this wrong for years and you will hear me call it "Xanthum" in this episode too. This is used to thicken and add chewiness.
Thanks for listening! Write me a review or let me know if you have any questions. I'd love to hear from you. Be sure to hit subscribe so you can be notified of new episodes as they drop!
