Vanilla Pudding with Salted Caramel Sauce

Hi Bakers, The age-old question is whether vanilla is better than chocolate!??… When you add salted caramel sauce to homemade vanilla bean pudding it’s so good chocolate isn't my favorite flavor anymore! This easy pudding is nothing like the boxed kind with a rich flavor that rivals creme brulee. Make it with whole milk, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla bean paste. It’s naturally gluten-free too! I seriously underestimated the deliciousness of pudding until right now and I bet you have too. Try it and see how crazy good it is. I modified the recipe from My Baking Addiction by adding 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste (in addition to the vanilla the recipe called for) and topping the dessert with salted caramel sauce, fresh whipped cream and Maldon Sea Salt Flakes.
