Sweet Ginger Peach Protein Shake
2 cups frozen chopped peaches
1-2 stevia packets
1 tablespoon toasted flax seeds
1 cup vegan vanilla Greek yogurt or regular greek yogurt
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder or milk-based yogurt
1 cup almond milk or milk
Dash of cinnamon and ginger to taste
Blend all until smooth. Top with chopped fruit, sprinkle with flax seeds, and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
