Lovely Pink Pear Butter

Leave the skins on! This gorgeous homemade pear butter is lightly sweet, beautifully spiced, and bursting with real pear flavor. Just 5 ingredients and 20 minutes on the stove for a cozy, small-batch spread that tastes like fall on toast.
Hi Bakers,
Pear is one of my favorite fall flavors. So underrated, but delicious! I took four red Anjou Pears and made them into this quick pear butter. With just 5 ingredients and approximately 20 minutes of cooking time, anyone can easily make this simple treat. It's Perfect for lazy Sunday mornings with a cup of tea. I like to spread it on warm toast or swirl it into yogurt with a dash of pecans...Sometimes I just enjoy it by the spoonful, too. Leave the skins on for the pretty color and strong pear flavor. Enjoy ~Carolyn
