Gluten-Free Valentine S'more Rocky Road Candy

Hi Bakers! Who loves a S’more?? I do I do! These rich chocolate treats have soft marshmallow bits and crunchy gluten-free graham crackers too, Bright and beautiful M&M’s and heart-shaped milk chocolates decorate the top. This fast candy is the perfect way to make something cute and festive without a lot of time or candy-making skills. Valentine S’more Rocky Road Candy is just a quick chocolate melt away and here’s how it’s done _Carolyn

Valentine S’more Rocky Road Candy

Melt 2 cups of @ghiradelli semi-sweet chips and 1 tablespoon of butter in the microwave. Watch and frequently stir to melt evenly.  When the chocolate is totally melted, add 1 1/2 cups gluten-free marshmallows cut into quarters and 1 cup Pamela's or other brand gluten-free graham crackers broken into pieces. Now comes the fun part! Press pieces of Valentine-themed candy into candy while the chocolate is still melted making sure to leave the tops uncovered so you can really see the shapes and colors. I used valentine colored M&Ms, Ghiradelli milk chocolate caramel hearts, Dove milk chocolate hearts, and some valentine sprinkles. Let cool and cut into pieces. If you use caramel hearts, try to cut around them so the caramel doesn’t pour out. Have fun!
