Gluten-Free Soft Herb Butter Breadsticks

Hi Bakers, These breadsticks are addictive and easy to make! You will enjoy every soft buttery bite. Order the Caputo Fioreglut gluten-free flour on the internet, use the focaccia recipe on the bag, and follow my instructions to make the breadsticks below. PLEASE NOTE that this flour is gluten-free but not wheat-free, which sounds strange but true. It may not work for people with a wheat allergy. Check out the company's info before using it to be safe.
Herb Butter
1/2 cup melted butter or vegan butter
3 teaspoons fresh chopped oregano and thyme or other fresh herbs
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon @traderjoes 21 Season Salute
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
optional: parmesan cheese shreds
Preheat the oven to 375F. Make the focaccia recipe on the Caputo gluten-free flour bag. Let rise for 40 minutes. Pat dough into a rough rectangle about 10” x 20” on a floured counter. Spread most of the herb butter over the surface of the dough. Use a pizza cutter to cut dough into inch-wide strips and cut each strip in half so that you have two shorter strips. Transfer the strip onto the baking sheet and twist it into the shape you want. Bake for about 10 minutes or until dough springs back when touched. If desired, brush with extra butter and sprinkle with cheese. Broil on low for a few minutes until browned. Enjoy!
