Gluten-Free Red White and Blueberry Popcorn

Hi Bakers, This gluten-free July 4th treat doesn't use the oven. It starts with pre-popped corn and requires melting and mixing...How easy is that?? I love popcorn and this Red White and Blueberry Popcorn has a great berry flavor and festive color too. Check out the easy recipe below and dive into a bowl tonight. Which flavor is your favorite? I adore the strawberry and have to try hard not to pick those pieces out first! Enjoy -Carolyn
Red White and Blueberry Popcorn
Spread one 4.4-ounce bag of @skinnypop popped popcorn over a large baking tray. Melt one bag of white chocolate chips.
RED-Mix 1/3 of melted white chocolate with 1 ounce of crushed freeze-dried strawberries and combine with 1/3 of the popcorn. Sprinkle with red* gluten-free sprinkles. Let harden.
WHITE- Drizzle one-third of the melted white chocolate over 1/3 of the popcorn. Add white gluten-free sprinkles if desired. Let harden.
BLUE-Mix 1/3 of melted white chocolate with 1 ounce crushed freeze-dried blueberries and combine with 1/3 of the popcorn. Sprinkle with blue* gluten-free sprinkles. Let harden.
Combine all three colors into one bowl. If you want a less sweet mix, add another full bag of popcorn and mix in the cooled red, white and blue popcorn. Enjoy!
*The round tiny sprinkles stained my hands, next time I would use a different sprinkle type : )
