Gluten-Free Marbled Chocolate Pretzel Bark

Hi Bakers,
Marbling chocolate may seem challenging, but it's quite easy. You can achieve three distinct flavors and a gorgeous appearance in this Marbled Chocolate Pretzel Bark by using dark, white, and ruby chocolate. Gluten-free pretzels add a delightful crunch to the delectable bark that satisfies both sweet and salty cravings.
To make this recipe, you'll need:
- 1 cup of dark or semisweet chocolate, melted
- 1 cup of white chocolate, melted
- 3/4 cup of ruby chocolate, melted
- one 8-ounce bag of gluten-free pretzels (I used Synder's brand)
Start by spreading the dark chocolate on parchment paper, making sure it's at least 1/2” thick. Then, drop a few dollops of white chocolate in separate spots on top of the dark chocolate, followed by small dollops of ruby chocolate. Use a narrow utensil to run through the chocolate layers in a swirled pattern, be careful not to mix it too much.
Next, add gluten-free pretzels on top and press them into the chocolate so they stick. Sprinkle with mini chips and drizzle with a bit more white chocolate. Let it harden and then cut it into pieces.
This recipe is perfect for when you want to make a quick last-minute gift or treat for yourself. So go ahead and give it a try! You can do this!
Enjoy~ Carolyn
