Excited to bake!

I am so excited for fresh gluten free recipes! All of the store bought gluten free foods I have tried taste like cardboard, but I was lucky enough to have some of Carolyn’s gluten free carrot cake last summer and it was moist, flavorful and delicious - a true gluten free treat!!!
